What is your shipping rate and which courier service do you use?
We ship all of our items with PostEx for a standard fee of Rs 250. You can also pay via bank transfer and enjoy free shipping.
Shipping is charged separately at checkout.
What payment options does LYNKS offer?
We require a Ra 200 reservation payment on COD orders that are fully adjusted in your final cash on delivery payment. We also offer direct bank transfers. Debit/credit card payments are coming soon.
For orders amounting to Rs 15K and above, we require a 50% advance payment.
What is your exchange and return policy?
We offer returns if your jewellery is faulty or damaged, you will be offered a gift card of the same value that can be utilized within 6 months. To qualify, items must be reported within seven days of purchase with proof, be unworn and in original packaging.
