We ship across all major cities and towns in Pakistan using PostEx courier services.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges may apply based on the delivery location.

  • Free shipping may be offered on promotional orders.

4. Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene and customization reasons.
 However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or proof of damage, and we will arrange a replacement.
